1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at privacyledger.ai (the “Site”) or any services offered by PrivacyLedger (“PrivacyLedger”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PrivacyLedger, a technology company based in Bengaluru, India.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

  • Impersonate PrivacyLedger or any of its employees, partners, or clients

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, feature descriptions, blog articles, case studies, compliance guides, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of PrivacyLedger or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act 1957 and applicable Indian intellectual property law.

You may share links to our content and quote brief excerpts for non-commercial purposes provided you attribute PrivacyLedger and link back to the original page. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

“PrivacyLedger”, the PrivacyLedger logo, and associated product names are trademarks. No licence to use these trademarks is granted by these Terms.

4. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, publications, or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. PrivacyLedger does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

PrivacyLedger does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrivacyLedger and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand).

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
